Not welcome SO now we’ve got the mother of all asylum seekers — Tariq Aziz. Saddam Hussein’s right hand man wants to come to Britain. Does he think he’ll be welcome? Is he expecting a red carpet? Does he think he’ll get a council house and welfare cheque? Aziz may look a mild-mannered midget but he has blood on his hands, like all of Saddam’s henchmen. Maybe he does know — literally — where all the bodies are buried. Maybe he’s prepared to tell all. But he should still be punished as a war criminal, not made to feel like a Lottery winner. Why not force him to stay with George Galloway? That would teach him.
