One historical fact that the RATS want to forget is that during the Civil War, the RATS on the Union side were mostly in favor of re-establishing the status quo ante bellum after the South was defeated. Even worse, the RATS in the House and Senate voted against Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation. How is it then that blacks unceasingly support the party that consistently stated their opposition to blacks being free and dedicated to keeping them in slavery? Whatta question!
