From my information the house ownership reads as follows:

Buyer: PETERSON, SCOTT L; PETERSON, LACI D (Husband and Wife), Joint Tenancy


and another for an appraisal reads:

Owner: PETERSON, SCOTT L & LACI D; Owner Occupied
