Go to your profile page. After you click on, "you can edit this page." Copy this:
img height=120 src="
http://blueplanetbiomes.org/images/cactus_wren2.jpg" width=120
Put a "greater than" (shift/comma key) symbol before the img.
Then a "less than" symbol after the 120.
