DOJ...fair source...33% by intimate partner...Long way fron vast majority....But I HATE statistics. And I know this is not pregnant women it's all women. Still a long way from vast majority. I remember when we started here every one was saying here and Experts on tv 77% of all women murdered were murdered by spouse or boyfriend. Been hearing that from femanatzies for decades it seems. When only about 1 in 4 are ever solved,so I am told, how can anyone say who did or didn't do the other 75%. Unsolved crimes are not statistically tracable as to perpetrator. I HATE STATISTICS...:-)

I am still waiting for CERTAIN CONNECTIVE evidence it is assumed that MPD has, especially since they now say they think she was strangled according to NE. NO blood in large or small amts so far...vomit on mop proves she vomited, crap in stool proves she crapped. Exclusionary as to time and cause...IMHO... Apparent marks on chair, B/S evidence of the you say I say type....He punched her(Geez all this nuance pointing to violence and pain purely speculation and irresponsible) Laci suffered...How do you know that for sure. I say she didn't....Prove it to me;noway...We are sitting here betting on a O-7 record for murdered Women in last 2 years,the MPD....Ya'll know how I feel, but without connective evidence of a certain nature...IMHO...no Death Penalty yet..

In addition After the Mouser Prosecutarial misconduct a matter of record the defense might be given wide latitude in questioning MPD and Stanislaus county Procedure and expert testimony preparation.

I know we are not in court yet but the constitution we live by is, as Jonna Philor(s)says in her article, or should be our guide. I know how everybody feels, pent up anger over laci, and scott's behavior,I share that. BUT I read NE article over an over last night and when I finally finished, I said Yep, sure could have happened that way, or a thousand other ways...Exclusionary except for Marina ticket thanks to Scott...as far as we know so far.....;-0)
