Ok, so what you're saying is a person deliberately chooses to have sex with the same gender......mind if I ask how this is done? Do they flip a coin in the morning? Do they have a dartboard with a big M on one side and a big F on the other side of it? Exactly how do they choose.

I find it rather incredible that people think homosexuality is a deliberate choice, I really do. God knows I've been turned down by women often enough.....but I never had a thought to sleep with another guy to make up for it. I find it remarkable that people actually choose to be gay....I just wonder how they go about it.

I think you either have a pre-disposition to be gay, or you don't. I don't think making a deliberate choice to be a homosexual happens at all. Either it's there or it's not.

Then how would you explain bi-sexuality. For me, it's all choices people make. Homosexuality may disgust me, but to reason that its not someones choice renders people helpless. Some people forgo sex alltogether (you all know its true) because they make the choice to follow moral guidelines

I know men who've been happily married (from all outward appearances) who have subsequently decided they were "gay". (In fact, one such just recently died of AIDS.)

There are also many married men who engage in anonymous homosexual sex - cruisin', to use the popular term, at dirty book stores, restrooms, via chat rooms, etc.

The "predisposition" seems awfully like a matter of choice.

My belief is that most men engaging in homosexual behavior do so because of the more ready availability of homosexual sex. Could you tell the sex of the other person when you're doing it through a "glory hole" ? Is it a matter of "attraction" or just a quick orgasm ?
