I agree that Eason Jordan and CNN have a lot to answer for in their decisions to appease Saddam Hussein at all costs in order to stay in Iraq and report the propaganda/spin/lies they were allowed to put over the airwaves. I wonder just how many women and children (men, too) lost their lives in the jails and torture chambers of Saddam's regime during the past 12 years that CNN decided to go along to get along and ignore reporting the truth as they knew it. I also wonder if those sons-in-law of Saddam Hussein would still be alive if they weren't lured back to Iraq and murdered -- especially since Eason Jordan was told first-hand that that would be their fate.
How can anyone trust an organization like CNN after the realization that they put their access and ratings above the well being of a nation and turned a blind (TV) eye to the rape, torture, dismemberment and murder that kept a tyrannical dictator in power.

Very well said. Is there any way we can make sure, they will be held accountable for their actions?
