I dunno.

I'd have to put LBJ as worst president.

LBJ was actually able to accomplish some of the horrible things he espoused ... he may have believed in them, I wouldn't know.

He destroyed the Black family unit with his great society and we are still in the aftermath of that destruction which has never been effectively repaired.

He horribly botched Vietnam.

Clinton, on the other hand, while certainly the nastiest and most corrupt, was too narcissistic and bent on being the rock star president to get much done. (thanks be to God).
