The LTC seems to be a BAD OFFICER because HE is the one who is supposed to MAKE SURE that what doesn't pile up now?
He's supposed to make sure there are enough of WHAT?

Like I said, you allowed a dim wit to define you. Sure you know what the Captain was given in his book. Not even the army tells subordinates what goes in the evaluation of a superior. Sure they closed a reserve unit over this. You are clueless. You have no idea what the LTC is or isn't, but think the chip on your geeky little shoulder gives you the right to slander without challenge.
