Sounds like Scotty boy was trying to scoot off to Mexico. Yeah, was Jackie lying for him still saying he was in Modesto? That is probably why they didn't announce the identities prior to arresting him, not giving him the heads up to take off!

That's what I thought too, blondee! His parents live near my brother, and TJ is just about a 10 min drive from his house on base. And there's Mommy lying for him so he can make a break for it?? She's been enabling him all of his life..why stop now??
