Actually somebody was in error on that. They refinanced the first in December of 2001 and that is the only loan recorded on the house. One poster mistakenly interpreted the Grant Deed from the former owner to Laci and SP to be a 2nd loan on the property. The money for the pool could have come from that refi.

I wonder where he's going to get the money for a defense..

I wonder if he can get a 2nd on the property now... That's what I'd do... or refinance the 1st which ever give me the most $$$.... It's going to cost a lot......

I saw several recording dates on that property of Covena, even after the sale in 2000. FYI....
