It sure saddens me to think that the DCPD refused the help of the Modesto PD when Chandra was missing...her story may have had an entirely different ending. Or should I say, Gary Condit's story would have.

DCPD refused the help of the Modesto PD MPD chief sent a message to DC in his remarks last night, about cooperation and how it leads to success.

It sure saddens me to think that the DCPD refused the help of the Modesto PD when Chandra was missing...her story may have had an entirely different ending. Or should I say, Gary Condit's story would have. I think that it got political. Remember that Gary Condidit's brother works/worked for the MPD? I made the trek out to Modesto a few times to hang out with FReepers in front of Condidit's office....
DD - what was the story on that?
