I keep thinking of that statement that they had come to the conclusion that "she had died as the result of a violent crime". That's right, they must have tons of forensic evidence in that house. I'd be interested to see the luminol work they must have done there.
Not to mention the other body fluids that may have turned up.
But no doubt about it, if the PD call this a violent crime, there must be an awful lot of evidence to support that.

Result of a violent crime means the had blood/tissue evidence at the home to me...they just had to find her dead body to prove that...since the blood was found in the home, she could have bleed there any time. But if they find her body..

I was just thinking we are all probably stretched all over the USA and the globe even. Wouldn't it be fun if we were all in the same room, at a big table, drinking a beer, or hot tea, or whatever you fancy, discussing this case? It would be great.
