The papers have been filled with stories of Scott Peterson going to the Berkeley marina to fish that day. If someone else killed Laci, they would know exactly where to dump her body to make it appear as if Scott did it.

What is your theory, that they did it much later, cause they would have had to do it right away, as they already said on T.V. that the bodies had been in the water a long time. I think it was one of the MPD that said it tonite at their news conference.
