Okay, suppose you HAD to choose...

Who is more evil? This guy (assuming he's guilty), a man who murdered his wife and totally defenseless unborn baby in cold blood and with calculated preciseness?

OrAndrea Yates, an alledgedly mentally-ill woman who killed 5 of her kids in cold blood and with calculated preciseness?

Not that there is a correct answer. I just felt like starting a food fight. :-)

Scott (if he indeed did it)is more evil. He is cold and caluculating. Murdering his wife on Xmas eve, motivated by alleviating himself from the finacial burdon of a wife and child he did not love, and motivated by the prospect of chasing young blonde skirts wherever he could.

Andrea Yates is guilty, she did it, she needs to away from society....but I believe that she was mentally ill at the time. Voices in her head, an uncontrllable compulsion to carry out the atrocities on her kids, whatever. She called the police on herself after she emerged from a psychotic episode. She is sick, twisted and despicable. But not, in my opinion, on the level with Scott.

Rusty Yates is another character I have a bad feeling about. Actually the whole damn family was in denial over Andrea's mental condition. Oh she pulled a comb through her hair today? Well that just proves she's ok. Note how Rusty stated that he was ready to remarry and start a new family. Holy sh*t.

What's the point of asking who is more evil? Andrea Yates or Scottt Peterson?

Evil is Evil, it only manifests itself in slightly different forms.

Andrea is responsible for allowing herself to become such a shell of a person, and Scott is responsible for being such a self-centered, sociopathic slob.

Whose worse? Does it matter? They both suck.
