Children's Nursery Rhyme Triggers Racial Discrimination Lawsuit

Can you say "frivolous lawsuit"? Look behind the thin skin of these hypersensitive passengers and you will probably find some very slick lawyers, working on contingency, guaranteeing them a split of the big bucks that the airline will probably pay in order to get this "nuisance suit" to go away.

I'm reminded of a family in my former hometown of 25,000. Their names are constantly coming up in the hometown newspaper listings of lawsuits being filed. Some people make a living by filing lawsuits and most likely settling out of court. It would be interesting to see just how many times these 2 have filed lawsuits previously.

What's wrong about assuming she is on welfare? She says she has no money and apparently she has no real job - if she did she'd have insurance. But she has the money and the time to fly around with her friend. Sounds like welfare.

Got news for you, more whites are on welfare than blacks in total numbers. As a percentage of their respected populations more blacks are on welfare than whites, but as far as total numbers, more whites are on welfare than blacks.... you do show a biggotry in proposing that just because someone is black they must be on welfare.

I was thinking the same thing. Back some years ago I was involved in an accident (my car was hit in the driver's side door, where I was sitting) and my PASSENGER claimed he was hurt, and was taken to a hospital while I talked to the police.

Afterwards, I went to the hospital to see if my passenger was all right, and at that time he confided that he was faking an injury to get an insurance settlement from the other guy's insurance company.

Later on, this guy called me from his slimeball attorney's office to see if I wanted to get in on the "windfall" and I refused. He assured me that he and his lawyer had done this several times and it worked perfectly!

This guy was also black, BTW, although I don't think that has anything to do with the fact he was just a lowlife swindler.

Funny, on "Celebrity Mole" a few months ago, I saw a black person using this same nursery rhyme when trying to decide who the mole was. Odd.

I get blood tests at least once a month. Among the ladies who draw the blood is one very friendly, middle-aged black woman. She's always got a smile on her face and is a joy to know.

Several weeks ago, she drew my blood. She looked at my inner elbow and exclaimed "Oh, my, look at all of those veins. I get to take my pick. Eenie, meenie, miney, moe."

What a load of crap. Bedridden and memory loss??? They have far deeper mental problems than simple a racist experience would cause.

Second, I have heard this on many airlines and to whites as well. These racists are looking to profit, pure and simple.
