You've followed this case closely and I haven't. Please tell me something.

I've read some posts on FR saying there was a lot of blood and other fluids in the Peterson's home. But I've also read that there was fluid evidence taken from a mop that was in the house.

Which is correct? It seems to me that if the scene had been cleaned up with a mop, there wouldn't be a lot of blood and other fluids.

Thank you.

I read from other posts that they found Laci's blood and vomit on the mop. Vomiting can happen with head injuries.

Not really sure, or confirmed as fact what type of samples were taken out and from the Covena home. Many of those statements came from National Enquirer, so if true, would be what you stated, if not, someone sold NE a bill of sour grapes...

If I remember right, the second search produced about 95 pieces of items listed as evidence. From the first search, I can't recall what they took from the house other than computers, truck, boat, SUV, and ??? They gave back the SUV, Laci's LandRover... The rest is still in custody...
