He's gone, outta the country, and will probably not be found.

"In particular, we're trying to find out what happened after the bodies were in the water," Lee said. "We're looking at what type of damage was inflicted."

Huh!

I would think they would be trying to find out what happened before they were put in the water.

This is turning into a Stephen King story.

He doesn't seem bright enough to pull it off (that is not being found).

I don't think he'll get the opportunity for a major performance. Luck is running out for ol' Scotty Boy. He might not even be able to attend the memorial service, because he'll probably already be behind bars!

Yes Snott did come to the public to aks for help, only AFTER the public was wondering WHY he hadn't been making any public pleas to find Laci and Connor. (he was in hiding, trying to disguise himself so lovers would not recegnize him) His reluctant emergance was only to cover his own GUILTY a$$...he didn't really want to look for Laci. He knew exactly where she was!
(oh my, I'm starting to sound like Mark Klass)
As for his attorney, he knows he has a MURDERER as a client, and my guess is that when Snotty is arrested, he will not be representing him anymore.

Thankyou for the ping runningbear.Every time you turn around one of the Frey's are talking to the media. First Amber, then her father with photo's of Amber and Scott, now Amber's sister Ava. I can't figure out if they are milking their 15 minutes of fame or are just the harmless kind of people who are just "too helpful",you know the type, people you avoid because they just can't shut up.

"What if Scott were here?" he asked. "Is that a big deal?"

A tad defensive, Daddy dearest? I'd be sitting on my son's face if I was presented with this much evidence that he had done such a horrific thing.

I had a feeling that he would start calling Amber while all the public focus was off of him and on the War...maybe thought she was as sick as him and would pick up where they left off when he murdered his wife and child..
Or maybe he thought he could do his smooth talking to her again and try to find out what she has told LE, maybe concinve her to not testify.
Either way, he's has the rope to hang himself,(so to speak) I'm sure LE has record of every time he's contacted her and is adding that to the ever-mounting circumstantial evidence.

Laci's dad......

Dennis Rocha told WBZ-TV in Boston that he thinks it's only a matter of time before his son-in-law is charged in the case.

``I just can't see Scott being out there free,'' Rocha said. ``That would just eat me up.'' He predicted that an arrest ``will happen very soon.''

Agree! Scott is a classic sociopath. Nothing he does surprises me. He murdered Laci and Connor, and thought he and Amber ride off into the sunset, no questions asked. There was a guy here in NJ, Marshall, that hired a hitman to kill his wife. Right after her murder he was all over the girlfriend, didn't even try to hide it.

My point was that SP has set up a tip-line, opened (and closed) search centers, actively engaged the public in looking for Laci and has declared that she is alive. The public not only has a right to know what he is doing, he has an obligation to publicly communicate with those who assisted in the search for Laci. His attorney is way off base.

I agree with your point RG. (I just took your observation and expanded on it ;0)
And may I add that the Rochas have a right to know where he is also!

I hope he didn't make a run for here either Grampa. Because it is a death penalty case it may take some time to get him back. Groan!! However, Canada has a serious black eye at the moment so you might see some quick action. I however, think he probably ran for Mexico. Just a thought.
