The Supreme Court also said that black people are property. I guess that is OK with you too. Whatever the Supreme Court says, it is still the supreme law of the land.
What the sesesh did was revolution, it was outside the law.

It wasn't revolution as the founders saw it. New England thought they had the right to seceed too they just never mustered the votes.
The idea that secession was revolution was concockted by Lincoln to justify destroying the union.
