I am among the 93 percent who thinks that the war has gone well. I'm amazed at what our military is able to do. But that does not mean that I think the war should have happened. That's probably what Robbins meant by "bitterly divided". And what would have been your alternative to war with Iraq????

I honestly don't know, Dawn. I certainly think that the people of Iraq are better off without Saddam Hussein. My thinking in recent months has been influenced a lot by the writings of Rep. Ron Paul. I guess I'm beginning to wonder if a global war on terrorism is best faught with such a heavy-handed approach. Will we be able to eliminate our enemies at a faster pace than we make new ones? Will this war really last the rest of our lives?
