I saw that in the brief cold hard glare of a father that Dubya gave Bill at the Inaugural, in the Parade Stand when Bill tried to mosey over and shake Dubya's daughters' hands or hug them -- who knows what. In that instant Dubya froze him in his tracks with a look like a decent father should.
