Ah, racism.

Maybe WV needs a regime change. But can they handle it?

This is how the democrat party thinks!

No wonder they want America dis-armed, indoctrinated , and permanently tangled in an inescapable web of cradle to grave socialism.

Yep. Democrats don't believe in democracy or universal inalienable human rights and aspirations. It is disgusting.

Ah, racism.

I've been dying to ask this question. Since Robert K. Byrd is the "pork king" of the U.S. Senate, why is it that Palestine, West Virginia (hometown of PFC Jessica Lynch), has a reported unemployment rate of15%? That percentage was cited by an NPR reporter. As well, I've discovered that there are quite a few counties in W.Va. that have just as high, or higher unemployment rates. It would seem that Rockefeller and Byrd have done little for the people of their state, yet the people keep sending them back to Congress. Go figure.

Ah, racism.

Reading his comments, you can almost hear him talking about "those lazy AY-rabs".

Perhaps, the enlightened Senator Rockefeller should take a guided tour of the prisons and NE sector of Baghdad! What an arrogant nitwit.

Ah, racism.

It's not comforting to see this basic misunderstanding of racial classifications.

Since Arabs, and for that matter, almost every ethnic group in this region are a subset of European caucsoids pronouncements of racial bigotry are inappropriate.

Prior to the Johnson administartion most educated individuals would have correctly indentified these manifestations at ethnic bigotry.

What damage and ignorance the Johnson through Clinton administrations, through their sycophants in the media, has inflicted our our society.

Is it just me or is it rather ironic that folks from the DEMOCRATIC PARTY are primarily the ones who think other cultures and races won't appreciate DEMOCRACY and the inherent freedoms in that system of government just as much as the elitist snobs who man the DEMOCRATIC PARTY'S titled but dumb-as-a-rock leadership roles?

Don't they bill themselves as the do-gooders for the downtrodden? Don't they claim to be THE PARTY OF THE PEOPLE? Don't they claim it is us Pubbies who steal from the poor to give to the rich? Don't they . . . the list is endless.

Hello, gooney bird and Mr. T Rex, here come de Rats.

It's culture, not race. Iraqi Arabs, Kurds, and Assyrians are the same race as 80-85% of Americans including the writer.

If any country in the ME can reach some sort of representative Republic, it might be Iraq....maybe.

"Ah, racism."

No kidding, Timesink... if we give up on that part of the world, who will try to help them achieve lasting peace through democracy? No one.

I am optimistic...

Somehow, I never thought a Rockefeller would actually just about reach the point of referring to the Iraqis as "sand ni**ers" in a public speech...
