Thanks for pointing that out. There are so many stories we would never know about without Freerepublic. I bet we get lots more lurkers and freepers because of this tread, I started lurking 1998 on the old whitewater because of the press coverage, but this is so much worse. Where is the coverage now they don't have minders? Children in jails, children in hospitals shots by small arms by regime, missing POWs from last war, new weapons from Russia, Syria, Jordan etc.,UN food and supplies storied and not given to the people, stories about the living condition before the war?
Who is reporting about the terrorist from other countries and their training camps? No headlines about the suicide vests in the school. Where are the reporters getting stories about the soldiers leaving and going home and what they were forced to do? I saw one interview. Where are the stories about all brave and wonderful things ours guys are doing everyday? Thanks to all for this thread so we have some truthful history.

Ollie is there, I can only hope that all 7 of our listed POWs are found. An even greater hope is that all of our missing are there.

I honestly hope we get full access of media, embed video and reports from day one to the end available either at a website or movie form, a 3 or 4 DVD set would be perfect! I mean an almost day by day detailed chain of events, if it means a 10-16 hour set so be it.And a fair price of $100 or more price tag (proceeds to help families of injured military) for the set I would definately buy one.
Worst case scenario is it becomes a forgotten war, myself I want all the gory details, things like the truth of our supplies, troops running out of ammo, POW stories, rescues, EVERYTHING!
And I want this as a great piece of American history, dammit to hell if Hollywood decides not to get involved or drags its butt and gives us a whitewashed candified limpwristed left wing version on what they want us to believe.
