We send people to Congress to uphold the Constitution. Why do we need to keep reminding them of their oath? First of all, most of them wouldn't know the Constitution if it hit them in the face. And secondly, most view their re-election as infinitely more important that their oath.
Maybe all elected officials need to take a remedial course on the Constitution before taking office. Taught by who????
