Well, he just lost my vote. I was rather hoping he'd let this noxious law just sunset. Our only hope now is the the Suprmes to rule it unconstitutional, which they likely won't do. Damn, I see 1992 all over again: A popular war president who can't deliver domestically loses to a Democratic spinmeister, bringing with it yet still another assault on the U.S. Constitition (no president in history disregarded the Constitution as much as Bill Clinton).
