Wife and I had a good talk on that today. I've got her convinced (and she'll convince all her friends :-), but you're right -- it's not to be.
She's ready for us to clean up the whole neighborhood: "Well, why shouldn't we 'do' Iran, Syria/Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia while we're there? The Democrats are complaining about the cost -- we could spread it out and save the bucks! And what about Pakistan?" I tell you, folks, this lady's got it together!
You're right, it probably won't, unless Syria makes a fatal mistake before we head for home!! LOL
