I really don't understand what everyone thinks that is supposed to happen. From what I've seen, most of which has been played over ad-nauseum, it doesn't look as bad as I would have expected with the collapse of the entire public infrastructure. Things will have to play out, and the worst thing that could happen would be for coalition forces to begin trying to police the citizens. Nothing but bad could come of that.

Sounds like they are tring to police themselves, just in the manner they have been used to under their supressor/torturer. They learn what they see, what they lived...
