Someone posted a story yesterday where a UN type stated that was his guess. It was outrageous, as there is zero evidence that our troops don't know how to handle what they find, and nothing to indicate they did anything more than take readings.

I hopped to the end of the this thread and followed who you were replying to, so gather Fox and Friends presented this story to their viewers. I am sorry to hear they would propagate such a baseless story. The story before this "broken seal" theory was floated by this guy, was the underground area had never been known of, much less entered, by the UN inspectors. And that is a key element of the story.

The media can be so frustrating when some story like this is floated and they run with it.

The freed Iraqis are looting the UN and co. (France, Saddam-ites) because they know who ignored their suffering and aided Saddam.

Free Iraqis will kill the UN members...and Dan Rather, Chirac, Sarandon... Who would honestly blame them? None of our troops should be asked to risk their lives to protect those who helped Saddam. They have no business being anywhere near this country for a long, long time.

Agreed! All these "experts" and former inspectors are saying they never saw or knew about a secret underground bunker. Well..if it was a secret..then it stnads to reason they would not know about it. Further, since they had minders with them while inspecting, do these yoinks really think the minders are going to say "Please make sure you check our secret underground bunker"?
