I have read the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette article and the Fox article.
Info isn't in there, so it's obviously on Fox News right now, which I can't see.
The problem (no offense) is this is someone reporting what they're seeing on TV which is someone who isn't a nuclear expert reporting what he was told by "they" (Marines?)
