Does anyone else feel like the looting is going to be spun into something negative?

Beeb just had some Iraqis on that spoke English. One of them was saying, "Mr. Bush promised us freedom. Where is the freedom? We have no food, no water, we have nothing. Where is the peace?"

I've got a feeling that was exactly why they showed it: to show the lawlessness of their new country:-(

That's what the talking point of the day is...looting. And also, power vacuum.

Looting, rioting. Nothing new to the US. What happens after any major sporting event? Losing team has to riot because their team lost. Winning team has to riot because their team won. We have to make sure the media keeps it in perspective.
