Anyone feeling a little loopy, numb, etc. from lack of sleep?

A doctor friend of mine told me that all the med students lived on ibuprofen to get through their 36-hr shifts. So if you feel like I do, pop a couple ibuprofen (Advil, et. al.) and you'll be amazed at how your head clears up.

Also, if you're nose is stuffy (me too)... drink more water. :-)

Oh yeah. I'm always a little loopy, but today more then usual. I think I'm beyond stuffy nose, though. I'm either on my way to a cold or my allergies are really going nuts.

That is interesting. My husband takes Ibuprofen for knee pain, and has been complaining about sleeping poorly. I think I will switch him to aspirin in the evening.
