Sad news, guys, for anyone following the expolits of Kent the Pigeon, the bird who was with the troops that FOX's Rick Leventhal is embedded with. Apparently they set Kent out in his cage last night to get some air, and one of the local dogs, or mutts according to Leventhal, got to Kent and made a meal of him. RIP, Kent. You were a good and faithful bird.

While Kent the Pigeon was meeting his maker, REAL MEN were rescuing some lambs from a muddy canal near the Baghdad airport:
Spec. Matthew Manzano, left, and Spec David Beebe, right work to free a baby sheep from a mud trench at a palace near Baghdad. The Soldiers were able to save 4 of the sheep from the mud but 2 had already died while try to get out.
