1. A part of networking which FReepers do quite well. and 2. A way to exchange thoughts and info. that would otherwise not be relevant or appropriate to the open forum. JMHOWell, you have explained the purpose of freepmail quite well. I use it every day, both sending and receiving. I don't feel the need, nor do those I correspond with, to flag each other publicly that "they have mail".
