Heck, it now appears that the lies were also going up and
down the chain of command inside the Iraqi military. There
are more than a few officers who'd like to have a word with
'ol Bob.

I think it's pathetic that we haven't caught al-Sahhaf, yet. How can we not have a bead on him? He's been out publicly much more often than any other official. People don't just vanish.

yeah, yeah, yeah... but it would be worth granting him amnesty just to be able to tune him in every day - that kind of talent is rare!
