I'm just popping in for a second. Much work to catch up on, so forgive me if this has already been addressed.

Has anyone discussed a toy drive for the Iraqi children? I'm thinking if we got some Freeper energy behind it we might even be able to get the Marines' Toys for Tots to join up.

I keep seeing images like this...

...and I am moved to do something for these little ones.

I have no doubt we could collect the toys. Do you think there would be some way to distribute them over there?

I just love on MSNBC when they go to commercial break and show one of our soldiers teaching the Iraqi children to sing. "Yeah Boy!" "Yeah Boy!" I want to get this on tape.

What a FABULOUS idea. Everyone call their local TV stations and start local drives. Our local stations do this every Christmas for underprivileged children. I know there would be a HUGE outpouring for this cause. AND GET THE HOLLYWOOD CROWD INVOLVED IN THIS ONE !!!
