My parents moved out several states away (I won't say what state, but it's no one known for its pizza) and the only thing that they missed (other then me! LOL!) was the food.

They were a some kind of fair and saw a stand that was selling gyros and got really excited. The people put LETTUCE and MAYO on thier gyros!! My moms family comes from Greece so this was especially horrifying.

When they would visit they would load up on pizza, hot dogs, beef sandwiches, gyros, and other great Chicago food.
