I hadn't read anything about a bomb planted.

Other than what we were discussing here, of course. We speculated that the damage wasn't consistent with our tank rounds... etc.

I can now be included in the club of "BagCam Induced Heart Attacks" resulting from cranking up the volume to hear something in the background... and then it goes to the TONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OWWWWWW that hurt my ears and scared the AlJazeerus out of my dogs!!!

They're still killing each other in Ireland, Bosnia, Kosovo, Albania, Haiti and the new prime minister in Serbia was just assasinated. To say nothing of the constant warring between the tribes in Afghanistan.

We must remember that when the soviet union fell there was chaos for years and in many respects it still continues. Does anyone besides our leftie media think that Russians and all the other soviet satellites didn't deserve release from the soviets.

Seems to me that a forensic examination of the fragments should be able to show exactly what caused the damage.

there was an article yesterday that the damage was not consistent with what a Bradley would fire, and speculation it was set off within the hotel by the other side. I will go search too.

There was a BBC report about sniper fire coming from the Palestine. I hadn't read anything about a bomb planted.

Yesterday I heard on FNC that a BBC reporter reported that he had gone to the hotel room and examined the damage, concluding that it wasn't severe enough to be the result of a tank attack, also that the angle was wrong - the tank would have had to fire around a corner to hit that room. He was speculating that it might have been the Iraqis who fired on it and killed the reporters.

I haven't heard anything more about it, nothing about a bomb either.
