After working all night, I simply could NOT turn off the TV this morning and watched, engrossed, when I should have been sleeping. I am virtually speechless on this truly historic day. Not too far from me are 10's of thousands of Iraqi Americans celebrating in the streets. One can only imagine what they must be feeling.

FOX has been doing good coverage of Detroit celebration - and for once, the police seemed to be cooperating and somewhat joining in with the group - wonderful to see!
