The world has changed. America's new policy is to pre-emptively deal with potential threats to America. The world is not static, but we can still keep our basic freedoms and deal with the threats, IMO.

The world has not appreciably 'changed', -- we have enemies, and we can fight our enemies, - constitutionally.
America's new unconstitutional policy of pre-emptively dealing with 'potential' threats must be stopped, as the Patriot Act power to declare 'potential enemies' is dictatorial in nature, and WILL be abused.
-- We can still keep our basic freedoms and deal with such threats without violating our own principles.

Don't waste the bandwidth...Dane can't put two cogent thoughts together, let alone admit he's wrong.
