No, just get enough members of the GOP to not vote for this action, if it IS actually being proposed, which is not sure by any means.If it is being proposed, will be hard to do in such a short time.
I really wonder about the timing - feels like somebody thought "everybody will be celebrating our victory in Iraq, let's slip this through".

If it is being proposed, will be hard to do in such a short time.I respectfully disagree. After all, TIA got hosed recently. Congress is a lot more watchful and a lot more concerned about these kind of issues than they were immediately after 9/11.
