They should not sue but ban together and refuse to work with any H1-B or train any of them. For pretection, if everyone stood together the company would get the message.

If H1-B is so wonderful, why hasn't the concept been applied to lawyers and politicians?

I've already stashed some savings and warned my wife that if my company tries to bring in H1-Bs I will attempt to organize a group to stop it. Granted, I don't think I'd have much success as most white collar types are scared of their own shadows and not likely to "make waves".
