Abu Daubi said on air that Iraqi military was in the building "protecting us". That makes the building a legit target. Al Jazeera has offices in the same building.

I'd missed that info (trying without much success to work while all this is going on!). Fascinating the military was "protecting" A.D. and A.J. is right there in the building -- not very smart of A.J.!
