This seems it was shot from the same level or slightly above the balcony. Are there any buildings nearby that are around that height? If you saw the video .. the sliding glass door window was shattered
Not BLOWN OUT .. if that came from a tank .. there would be NO DOORS left

Yeah they held on it just now there is a round spot of damage on the side the a foot of undamaged area then the longer scrape to the edge of the balcony, looks like ack-ack damage and not a big explosion..
