hard to tell. The tanks aren't that far away. The explosions (from tank and contact) might be quite simultaneous. However, I think Chater is a lying son of a whore. Most following this thread saw the footage of the tanks firing from the bridge. Everytime they fire a plume of dust flies up so much that the entire tank becomes invisible in dust. If the tank fired you would know damn well. Chater either DIDN'T see the tank turn its turret, or he did, but he knows it didn't fire. If the tank fired, you would still see the dust cloud for several seconds afterward.

My thoughts on Chater too! So we wouldn't hear the sound of it coming in but we've been hearing the tanks firing for quite a few hours now. Wouldn't that have been heard? I'll have to listen more carefully the next time they show that tape.
