My husband plays an Irish Bodhran...is that close enough? He doesn't play bagpipes, but does have a kilt. I know there are bagpipers in Columbia and would love to hear them play at a rally.

A bodhran is just fine!! I know a small group that plays
pipes & bodhran (& digeridoo too, but we won't go there...)
