I really wonder if that would be useful at all. Saddam is such a psychotic, delusional, megalomaniac, that I don't think he really knows (knew) what is (was) going on around him. Certainly he doesn't have any details of weapons programs or secret terrorist contacts -- all of that would be handled by trusted flunkies.
His only value would be in turning him over to the "International Community (TM)" for a war crimes trial and letting a horde of prosecutors dig through every scrap of paper we find in Iraq. Maybe some people would *FINALLY* hear the truth then....
