Yes .. NTV Berlin has a cam up there too, they use it to do reports.

OK, it's not just my imagination. I heard a brief comment in what I thought sounded German, but then some other guy started running his mouth in what could be Arabic, but maybe is some other, similar language, like Farsi or something.
