1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tray ice (or less depending on how thick you like)
splash of vanilla extract
Blend (duh)
tastes just like orange julius from the store



for strawberry (I've never made it) I would probably substitute oj for a bag of frozen strawberries and use less sugar...but thats just a guess.

I drink sometihng similar called a sunrise, it is orange juice and cranberry juice, the orange juice rises making a little dome of cranberry juice that resembles a sunrise from the side

I'll have to try that recipe...when we were young...we used to use cream soa and for some reason, a raw egg.

by the way..I like mine sweet, 3/4 cup sugar might be better for normal people :-)
