Basra efforts are effective...led to seizure of 54 SSMs...significant removal of threat to our operations...

Mornin' everybody.
Nice to see that we finally control almost all of Saddam International. That was some hard fighting last night.
Looks like some Fedayeen or Pallies got us at a checkpoint out west on the Baghdad-Amman highway.
Renamed the Airport to "Baghdad International". Bummer. I wanted them to rename it in honor of Robert Fisk. My understanding is that we are going to basically slice up Baghdad neighborhood by neighborhood with light infantry. We're going in slow, apparently.
Be Seeing You,
Chris

Do we know for sure who turned off the lights?
Last nite, all the mil/gov spokespersons were saying we didn't have anything to do with blackout. However, when Ollie North did a live report after most of the airport was taken, he said the coalition "took down the power grid."

What's an NBC Training School?
To: TomGuy
Question about car bombing and the suspicious finds.
A: Vehicle appeared with pregnant woman. Woman killed when car detonated along with some of our own. Suspicious powder will report when we know more. Bottles found (showing video), testing is ongoing. This was a training school.
To: TomGuy
coalition "took down the power grid." But, I have Iraq TV streaming. Maybe from some place other than Baghdad?
