In case it was bugging anyone else, here's a shot of where the SaddamCam has been relocated...

It looks like they're on the roof of the Palestine Hotel on the NW corner of the square. The inset image shows where this is in relation to the rest of the city. The cameras are oriented so that they point away from the large palace complex across the river.
